InquiryThis is the distribution half of the IRC5 power chain. The DSQC 661 power supply generates the 24 V DC logic and I/O rail; this board takes power from the mains input stage and routes it to the drive modules, control electronics and auxiliary circuits in the cabinet. ABB lists it for IRC5 Single cabinets, IRC5C Compact controllers and IRB 14000 collaborative robot installations.
| Category | Robotics → Controllers → IRC5 → IRC5 Single; IRC5C Compact Controller; Collaborative Robots → IRB 14000; Robot Part |
| Brand | ABB (ABB Robotics) |
| Product Name | DSQC 662 Power Distr Unit (Power Distribution Unit); ABB type designation DSQC 662 |
| Part Number | 3HAC026254-001. A /11 suffix appears on some distributor listings; match the full identifier on the label of your existing board. |
| Function | Routes and manages power from the IRC5 mains input stage to the drive modules, control electronics and auxiliary circuits |
| Definition | Power distribution board fitted in the IRC5 controller cabinet. It is a hardware-only unit — no software configuration, parameter setting or fieldbus addressing is required when it is replaced. |
| Series Compatibility | ABB catalogues it under IRC5 Single, the IRC5C Compact controller and IRB 14000. Listed as a spare part for the 3HAC020536-014 drive module (IRC5 M2004), the 9AAC182828 controller module (IRC5C Compact controller) and 3HAC050778-001. Confirm the cabinet and the board position before ordering. |
| Works Alongside | DSQC 661 Power Supply (3HAC026253-001). The 661 generates the 24 V DC logic and I/O rail; the 662 distributes power across the drive and control domains. They are not interchangeable and they are not alternatives to one another. |
| Net Weight | 0.42 kg (gross weight 0.42 kg) |
| Dimensions | 110 mm (D) × 83.5 mm (H) × 165 mm (W) |
| Country of Origin | China, per ABB product data. Some distributor listings state Sweden or Switzerland, so confirm against the label if origin matters for your import paperwork. |
| Part Type | New |
| Electrical Ratings | Not published in ABB's spare-part data sheet, and the input and output figures on reseller pages conflict with one another, so we do not quote them here. Tell us your cabinet type and we will confirm what applies to your installation. |
ABB does not feed an IRC5 cabinet from one large supply. Generation and distribution are separate boards, and this is the distribution one. Putting the routing, fusing and branch protection on a dedicated board means a problem on one part of the cabinet can be located and dealt with at that branch instead of removing power from everything. It also means the controller can usually tell you which part of the power chain has dropped rather than simply going dark.
That split gives maintenance a short diagnostic rule. Symptoms that appear on drives or motor circuits point at this board; symptoms that appear on I/O, sensors or logic point at the DSQC 661. In practice the two are often ordered by mistake because their part numbers sit next to each other — so it is worth confirming which half of the chain your fault pattern actually points to before you buy.
Check the upstream items first — they are the usual cause of a "failed" distribution board:
Symptoms that point to the board itself:
