Inquiry| Product Category | ABB Robot Customer-Connection Harness / Cable Assembly |
| Brand | ABB |
| Product Name | IRB 2600 Customer-Connection Harness for Axes 1-6 |
| Part Number | 3HAC029896-001 |
| Robot Family | ABB IRB 2600 (selected non-Type-C manipulator design) |
| Function | Customer-connection (CP/CS) harness that carries documented customer signals — tooling, sensors, valves — through the robot's moving cable path for axes 1-6. |
| Axes Covered | Axes 1-6 |
| Circuit Role | Customer-signal harness — distinct from the basic robot axes harness. Connector appearance does not prove the correct configuration; match the installed label and customer-signal branches. |
| Manipulator Design | Non-Type C. A Type C application requires a separately verified connection harness. |
| Previous Article Number | 3HAC030006-004 |
| Country of Origin | Sweden |
| Part Type | New / original — condition confirmed with you before ordering. |
| Detailed Technical Parameters | Weight and length depend on the harness revision and robot variant; one distributor lists approx. 4.8 kg. Confirm the exact article number, robot variant and harness revision from the harness label and ABB spare-parts table. Match the installed label and external-signal branches; do not substitute a harness whose connector map cannot be reconciled with the cell schematic. |
The IRB 2600 runs its own axis power and feedback through the basic harness, but the customer's tooling, grippers, sensors and valves need their own signal paths that flex with the arm. ABB routes those customer circuits through a separate CP/CS harness covering axes 1-6, so end-effector equipment stays connected while the robot moves and customer wiring becomes serviceable independently of the core robot loom. This is a customer-circuit assembly, not the motor-and-feedback backbone.
That is also why it is configuration-specific. This harness targets the non-Type-C IRB 2600 manipulator design, and each branch destination is defined by the cell schematic — which tool, sensor or valve a given branch serves. Two robots can look identical but carry different customer branches; the connector map, not the outer appearance, defines the correct part. This is therefore a confirmed-fitment spare, verified against the installed label and customer-signal branches rather than by visual similarity.
