Share with us a part number, a robot controller model, a nameplate photo, or an error code from the teach pendant. Our team will check the full part number and revision level, then confirm the components in the quotation match your specific robot. The part we quote is the exact one your robot needs – so you will not receive the wrong item and pay return shipping.
We test each component before dispatch. Circuit boards and drives are powered up on our in‑house test equipment. Servo motors and gearboxes are run at full load to verify real‑world performance. If you'd like to see the results, we can send you a test video or report before we ship – just let us know.
We pack every order with shock‑absorbing foam and moisture‑resistant materials to keep your part safe in transit. Your shipment goes out via DHL, FedEx, or UPS, and you will receive a tracking number as soon as it is on its way. All parts are backed by a full 12‑month warranty. In the unlikely event that a unit arrives non‑functional (DOA), simply let us know – we will ship a replacement right away, at no extra cost.
